Perfect for if you have multiple areas of concern. I will work with you to have a better understanding of how your muscles function and provide stretches for you to utilize outside of treatments to help reduce pain and tension.
30 min Medical Massage-$59
Therapeutic massage designed to work on a specific area of concern. It is great to keep re-occurring tension away.
Deep Tissue
Looking for a deeper massage to alleviate pain and increase blood flow? Deep tissue massage targets chronic tension in muscles that lie far below the body’s surface. I will use direct pressure or friction movements to break up adhesion and restore normal movement and relieve pain.

A nice relaxing experience with a friend or significant other. There is only one appointment necessary for the both of you and the price reflects the total for both massages.
Cupping
An ancient technique used to alleviate pain. Cupping decompresses soft tissue using suction. This technique can improve blood and lymph circulation. It can also reduce painful trigger points and release scar tissue and facial adhesions.
